Semantic Terminal & Theme Bridge (#304)

- Theme Bridge: Truthful delta status and verified 16/8-color terminal correctness.
- Transcript Integrity: Output boundary repairs after terminal clears and Fish editor keystroke protection.

Future Scope & Backlog
Section titled “Future Scope & Backlog”These items are deferred to future milestones and are not part of the v0.18.0 release candidate:
- Remote Pack Registry: Download, package repositories, and signature trust verification.
- Executable Extension Tier: Arbitrary third-party executable extension execution (would require a sandboxing runtime).
- Additional Shell Backends: Nushell and PowerShell implementations for the ShellAdapter.
- Lone Scrollback Clears: Refining the handling of standalone
ESC[3Jescapes post-v0.18. - Hosted SSH Demos: Hosted demonstration environments (post-1.0).
